CTOnews.com October 10 news, Dongfeng Automobile Group Co., Ltd. today announced the production and sales of KuaiBao in September 2022, with sales of 33472 new energy vehicles in September, compared with 18100 in the same period last year.

The cumulative sales of Dongfeng New Energy vehicles reached 229835 from January to September, compared with 91271 in the same period last year, an increase of 151.8 per cent over the same period last year.

CTOnews.com learned that Lantu, Dongfeng's high-end new energy brand, sold 2519 vehicles in September, compared with 1272 in the same period last year.

The cumulative sales of Lantu cars reached 13619 from January to September, compared with 1673 in the same period last year, an increase of 714.05 percent over the same period last year. However, Lanto FREE did not start delivery until August 2021, which is why the comparison data is so poor.

Lantu Motors previously said it delivered 2519 vehicles in September, up 177 per cent from a year earlier, up 4 per cent from August and an average increase of 30 per cent for four consecutive months since June. Of these, 1165 were delivered by Lantu FREE and 1354 by dreamer. Since August 2021, the Lantu brand has delivered a total of 20410 vehicles.
