According to CTOnews.com news on October 10, Great Wall Motor now releases production and sales of KuaiBao in September, with a total sales of 93642 units in September, down 6.38% from the same month last year. sold 10368 new energy vehicles in September, with a cumulative sales of 96916 units from January to September; and overseas sales of 18837 units in September, with a total sales of 111744 units from January to September.

In September, only the tank brand of Great Wall saw an increase in sales, with production of 8771 vehicles down 29.98% and sales of 7605 down 40.45% from the same period last year.

In August, Great Wall sold 88226 vehicles, up 18.81 per cent from a year earlier. Of this total, 11964 new energy vehicles were sold, an increase of 970 compared with 10994 in July. The Euler brand sold 9161 vehicles in August, down 24.68 per cent from a year earlier. The Euler brand produced 9301 vehicles in August, a year-on-year decrease of 23.16%.

As of September this year, the Euler brand has sold 84721 vehicles this year, which is basically the same as the 84731 vehicles sold in the same period last year. The Euler brand produced a total of 85478 vehicles this year, an increase of 1.56 per cent compared with 84166 in the same period last year.

CTOnews.com learned that on August 30 this year, Great Wall released results for the first half of 2022. According to the financial report, from January to June this year, Great Wall Motor's operating income reached 62.134 billion yuan and its net profit was 5.592 billion yuan, an increase of 58.47 percent over the same period last year.

The report points out that Great Wall Automobile will continue to increase investment in core technologies in the field of new energy and intelligence. Among them, R & D investment in the first half of the year was 5.81 billion yuan, an increase of 100.55% over the same period last year, accounting for 9.35% of operating income.
