CTOnews.com news on October 10, data from the reporting Center of the Central Internet Information Office showed that in September 2022, the reporting Center of the Central Internet Information Office directed the national Internet letter reporting departments at all levels and major website platforms to accept 15.188 million reports, down 5.2 percent from the previous month and 0.4 percent from the same period last year.

Of these, the reporting center of the Central Cyber Information Office accepted 589000 reports, down 30.1% from the previous month and up 31.1% from the same period last year. 762000 reports were accepted by local online reporting departments, down 7.7% from the previous month and 29.0% from the same period last year. 13.837 million reports were accepted by major websites nationwide, down 3.6% from the previous month and 0.8% from the same period last year.

CTOnews.com learned that among the reports accepted by the major website platforms across the country, the major commercial website platforms accounted for 52.3%, reaching 7.238 million.
