Why is power management set to never hibernate but does not work?

Problem description

Because work requires multiple laptops to be online 24 hours a day, they never hibernate when the power management is plugged in, but a computer with Win10 Enterprise Edition does not work and will hibernate automatically.

Solution idea

These commonly used computers are Win10 Enterprise Edition, installed in different order and not all upgraded to the latest, this ineffective computer power management may have a detailed setting of bug.

Solution method

1. Confirm the power management settings

Enter Power in the taskbar search box to select Edit power plan, and view that the power management is set to never sleep:

Click Change advanced power settings:

The following image is a screenshot of my modified image. The Never I see now has values before the settings:

Expand Hard disk-Turn off hard disk after-Plugged in (Minutes): then enter 0, (0 is Never, never)

Expand Sleep-Sleep after-Plugged in (Minutes): then enter 0 (0 is Never, never)

After setting, the Apply-OK application takes effect:

After testing, the computer is still online for two days.
