According to the news on October 10, Dongfeng Motor disclosed the announcement on the results of Dongfeng Group's offer to acquire shares and the resumption of stock trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The announcement shows that during the term of the offer, the number of households who have accepted the offer is 89, with a total of 604174970 shares accepted by Dongfeng Group, accounting for 30.21% of the company's total share capital. Dongfeng Group will acquire the shares that have been pre-offered in the same proportion in accordance with the conditions of the tender offer in the tender offer report.

The announcement said that after the completion of the tender offer, Dongfeng Group held a total of 1.1 billion shares in the company, accounting for 55% of the company's total share capital. The equity distribution of the company still meets the listing conditions, and the listing status is not affected.

Dongfeng Motor shares will resume trading on October 10, 2022.
