The highway service area is fully covered by charging piles, of which the coverage rate of super charging piles is more than 20%. The hydrogen filling station meets the needs of vehicle operation, and the charging and storage integrated energy station is widely promoted. Cultivate a leading enterprise in the power battery recycling industry, build a national platform for scientific research and industrialization of power battery recycling, take the lead in building a "triple play" application platform for energy network, transportation network and information network, build more than 1000 kilometers of vehicles and roads, add more than 1200 new intelligent network road testing facilities, and start the construction of more than 500km of intelligent highways.

In terms of speeding up the planning and layout of the charging and recharging network, according to the 14th five-year Plan of Chongqing charging infrastructure, combined with the power grid and road network planning, formulate the layout planning of infrastructure such as charging stations, replacement stations and hydrogen filling stations. We will speed up the planning of land for charging (replacing) electricity facilities for operating new energy vehicles such as buses, taxis, logistics vehicles, medium-sized trucks and heavy trucks in the central urban area, and guarantee the land for the construction of charging (changing) electricity facilities. Make up for the deficiency in the construction of recharging infrastructure in districts, counties and townships (streets), and realize "full coverage of districts and counties" and "full coverage of highway service areas, townships (streets)" of charging stations.

In terms of speeding up the construction of charging and recharging infrastructure projects, we will speed up the construction of a network of recharging and energy storage infrastructure covering key traffic areas such as bus stations, railway stations, airports, docks and highways, and make full use of existing site resources to build integrated energy stations for charging and storage.
