According to CTOnews.com news on October 9, a Reddit user @ Dracyoshi commented on the "Watchman Vanguard 2" section that on the day the game was launched, he was browsing heroes while chatting with friends, and the game "unlocked the scumbag queen's Plutonium skin unexpectedly."

It is said that he was typing in the chat box and finished the purchase directly before he realized it. In this regard, netizens have given their own views.

He thinks it's a coded BUG, and typing characters in the chat box in the game is mistaken for an in-game menu command, because you only need to press the space twice to buy the skin, so this happens when you finish writing a sentence.

After browsing through Blizzard's official forum, Dracyoshi found a similar user who speculated that the text entered by the in-game chat system might have been mistaken for menu commands. The two victims applied for a refund to Blizzard, but received an explicit rejection from Blizzard customer service.

CTOnews.com learned that the netizen later updated the post saying that with the update on Saturday, the bug of "Watch Vanguard 2" and "automatically buy skin" has been repaired, but Blizzard will not refund it.

Blizzard insists that "all these unlocks mean a final deal. If you think there is something wrong with the game that led to a purchase, please provide feedback through our forum."

This is probably what happened, but Dracyoshi chose to expose the incident to the forum to remind players to avoid repeating the BUG.
