The decision on trademark objection showed that the dissenting party cited the previously registered "Douyin" trademark No. 27834172, "Douyin DOU+" trademark No. 48074488, and "Douyin Heart Restaurant" trademark No. 49449176, and approved the use of the product as category 30 "edible starch". Salt ", etc., both sides of the trademark text composition, call, visual effects are different, the overall difference is obvious, so it does not constitute an approximate trademark, such as co-existence and use in similar goods generally will not cause confusion and misunderstanding of consumers. The dissenting person claims that the dissented person violates the principle of good faith, maliciously plagiarizes and imitates its cited trademark and is prone to adverse social impact. In this case, there is insufficient evidence for the dissenting person's request to protect his "Douyin" trademark in accordance with Article 13 of the Trademark Law.
