CTOnews.com, October 9 (Xinhua)-- Hermen Hulst, president of PlayStation Studios and head of global studios, said in an interview: "our service games will keep PC and PS launched at the same time."Service games (and single-player games) are slightly different in nature, and you will want it to have a really strong community and strong participation when it launches."

He also said that more PlayStation 5 games will be available on the PC platform, and the new PlayStation games will have an exclusive period of about a year on the console before landing on PC.

"looking ahead, we will see at least a year between our own PlayStation platform and the release on the PC platform."

CTOnews.com learned that he also talked about new games being developed by Sony, with more than 20 projects. These games include real-time service games and paid single-player AAA games across the platform:

"25, that's about the number of projects we're working on right now, and I'd like to add that... almost half of them are new ideas, new attributes. so we all work in the most popular series of games and keep coming up with new ideas to keep the game fresh."

Hermen Hulst said: "We have acquired seven studios in the past two years, but one thing I think is very clear: this is not wrestling with others for us."
