CTOnews.com learned that the Charles Train was developed by Two Star Games and that the exact price has not yet been announced.

In the game, players drive an old train on the island and upgrade it over time to fight the evil train that threatens the player's home. The player's task is to eradicate a monster that the locals call "Charles".
