Recently, the General Administration of Market Supervision formally approved the establishment of the National Commercial aircraft Industry Metrology and testing Center relying on the Commercial aircraft Corporation of China. In the process of preparation for the establishment of the center, through in-depth research on measurement and testing techniques and the development of special testing equipment, a large number of technical problems of metrology and testing in the process of airworthiness forensics of C919 large passenger aircraft have been solved, and the progress of C919 development and airworthiness forensics has been accelerated.

It needs to test and verify more than a dozen large-scale systems and realize their mutual coordination work. it has a very strong industrial correlation effect and technology spillover effect, which can effectively promote China's economic growth and industrial structure upgrading. It is a landmark industry to realize the construction of an innovative country in our country. The whole process of commercial aircraft design, production, flight test, delivery and route operation all need to be integrated into modern advanced measurement technologies and methods. In the process of commercial aircraft development, it is more necessary to improve the accuracy and reliability of parameters, and to improve the product quality and production efficiency of commercial aircraft by means of on-line, comprehensive and dynamic parameter calibration and measurement.

The National Commercial aircraft Industry Metrology and Test Center was approved to be built in March 2017. During the period of preparation, the center creatively produced "test map" and "metrology map" around the overall requirements of "three complete and one front", and combed out 1667 metrological test requirements of commercial aircraft whole industry chain, whole life cycle and full traceability chain. With the goal of "autonomous controllability" of special testing technology, the center has carried out the research and development of special testing equipment and the application and transformation of advanced measurement technology, and solved 52 measurement technical problems of "unmeasurable, incomplete and inaccurate". A total of 2 national science and technology awards and 3 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. Taking the "National Commercial aircraft Industry Metrology and testing Alliance" as the carrier, the cooperation platform of "production, learning, research, inspection and use" covering the upper, middle and lower reaches of the industrial chain is built. At present, measurement and testing services have been carried out for 86 of the 104 core enterprises in the whole industry chain, and the service coverage rate of core enterprises has reached 82.7%, providing high-tech and high-quality industrial measurement and testing services for the development of China's commercial aircraft industry.
