October 8 news, September 30, Skyworth Electric Co., Ltd. in the gem of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange IPO was terminated. On December 31, 2021, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange accepted Skyworth Appliance listing applications, just 9 months ago.

Skyworth Electric Appliance was founded in April 2013, mainly engaged in R & D, production and sales of refrigerators, washing machines, tablet computers and other products. At present, Skyworth Electric Appliance has formed a business model of collaborative development of its own brand and ODM.

According to the prospectus, Skyworth's operating income from 2019 to 2021 was 3.685 billion yuan, 3.739 billion yuan and 4.002 billion yuan respectively, and its net profit was 169 million yuan, 140 million yuan and 124 million yuan respectively.

In other words, Skyworth Electric has been increasing its income without increasing profits in the past three years. In the first half of 2022, Skyworth's revenue was 1.622 billion yuan, down 16.38% from the same period last year; net profit was 58.31 million yuan, up 0.83% from the same period last year; and net profit after deducting non-profit was 43.185 million yuan, up 0.83% from the same period last year.

As for the reasons for the decline in revenue in the first half of the year, Skyworth explained that the production and operation of subsidiary Shenzhen Electrical Appliances was greatly affected by the epidemic control policy in Shenzhen in the first quarter. Affected by the epidemic control policy in Shanghai in the second quarter, the counties and cities in the Yangtze River Delta implemented regional closure and control, logistics was seriously blocked, the company's domestic procurement and sales transportation, and overseas sea port transportation, all faced with the situation that raw materials could not be supplied and goods could not be sold normally. The above factors combined led to a decline in business income from January to June 2022 compared with the same period last year.
