Microsoft has confirmed that the new version has a problem with copying files that causes performance degradation, but this problem mainly occurs when using remote desktop.

Microsoft today issued a warning to IT administrators responsible for deploying Windows updates on their organization's systems. The company discovered that Windows 11 22H2's.ppkg configuration had been corrupted, which could lead to an incomplete, partially configured OOBE experience or even an unexpected system restart.

Using configuration packs on Windows 11, version 22H2 (also known as Windows 11 2022 Update) may not work as expected. Windows may only be partially configured, the out-of-the-box experience may not complete, or it may restart unexpectedly.
