CTOnews.com October 6 news, yesterday, Guoxing Optoelectronics said on the investor interaction platform that the company independently developed Micro LED massive transfer technology, which is now in a small batch verification stage.

CTOnews.com learned that in September this year, Guoxing Optoelectronics announced the launch of a new product of the second generation of Micro LED-nStar Ⅱ. The nStar Ⅱ is a 3.5-inch glass-based Micro LED full-color display with a pixel spacing of 300um (P0.3). It uses TFT driver to achieve 8bit (256gray scale) color depth display.

Guoxing Optoelectronics said that the nStar Ⅱ glass-based active drive Micro LED display uses a huge amount of transfer technology to bond the Micro LED microchip to the glass substrate and uses the TFT driver to achieve high-definition display.

According to reports, Guoxing Optoelectronics has made breakthroughs in many key technologies in the field of Micro LED, such as mass transfer, eutectic bonding, full color of quantum dots, detection and repair, high reliability packaging, and so on. More than 100 invention patents have been applied for in the field of Mini / Micro LED.
