CTOnews.com Today marks the 11th anniversary of the death of Apple founder and former CEO Steve Jobs, who died at the age of 56 a day after Apple introduced the iPhone 4S and Siri.

Lauren powell jobs, tim cook and jonathan ive discussed jobs 'legacy in a recent chat with reporter Kara Swisher. During the discussion, Powell Jobs shared a new website called "The Steve Jobs Profile," which includes Jobs quotes, videos, and emails, and promised to "reflect Steve's values and move forward with programs, scholarships, collections, and partnerships," in the future.

Apple CEO Tim Cook wrote: "Steve has shown us all time and again that great ideas can really change the world. Always remember him. "

CTOnews.com has learned that Apple still has a "In Memory of Steve" page on its website with condolences shared by friends, colleagues and customers around the world.

To mark the 10th anniversary of Jobs 'death last year, Apple shared a short video of "Praise Steve" to commemorate his life.

"There isn't a day that goes by that we don't miss him," Apple CEO Tim Cook said back in 2017 at his first media event at the Steve Jobs Theater.
