CTOnews.com, October 3 (Xinhua)-- Nintendo announced plans to buy Japanese CG company Dynamo Pictures in July and renamed it "Nintendo Pictures" (Nintendo Pictures).

The deal was officially completed today, and Nintendo Pictures website nintendo-pictures.co.jp is now online.

Nintendo Pictures Co., Ltd. is a video production company 100% funded by Nintendo, according to Nintendo's website.

CTOnews.com learned that Dynamo Pictures, which Nintendo acquired is headquartered in Tokyo, specializes in making CG for movies, animation, games and television, as well as motion capture work and video distribution, and has participated in motion capture of "death stranded", "Monster Hunter: the World" and "Goddess anecdote 5", as well as Netflix's "Shell attack Mobile team: SAC_2045".
