CTOnews.com, October 2, according to reports by the people's Post and Telecommunications, on September 30, during the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) 2022 Plenipotentiary Congress (PP-22), the ITU and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) formally signed an agreement to hold the World Radio Conference (WRC) in Dubai from November 20 to December 15, 2023.

The World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC,World Radiocommunication Conference) is a global event of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) involving the division, allocation, allocation, planning and management of radio frequency and satellite orbit resources.

CTOnews.com was informed that the World Radiocommunication Conference is held every two to three years and is responsible for reviewing and, where necessary, amending radio regulations and international treaties governing the use of radio spectrum, geostationary and non-geostationary satellite orbits. The agenda set by the ITU Council with reference to the recommendations of previous World Radiocommunication conferences is the basis for the above revision.
