Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu and Alucard for the clue delivery! CTOnews.com Sept. 28, Nvidia today released the latest Game Ready Windows WHQL driver version 517.48. The new driver supports the upcoming Watchman Vanguard 2. The new driver also adds Nvidia Deep Learning Super sampling (DLSS) image upgrade support for "Microsoft Flight Simulation".

CTOnews.com learned that in addition to these game optimizations and changes, the new driver package brings the latest GeForce Experience (GFE) version 3.26.0.131, which fixes various performance-related problems with Nvidia-based systems that have been running the new Windows 11 22H2 feature updates.

The Nvidia 517.48 driver also brings some bug Bug fixes, as shown below:

[Reallusion Hub] the application crashes when it starts on a PC using CPU with more than 32 logical processors

The following are still unresolved issues:

When using non-native resolutions, turning HDR on and off in the game can cause problems with the stability of the game.

If you enable NVIDIA image zooming when you resume from hibernation or when you start with fastboot, the video played in Microsoft Edge may appear green.

[DirectX 12] when using HDR is enabled from the Windows display settings, Shadowplay recording may be overexposed.

If DSR / DLDSR is enabled, the monitor may flash briefly when awakening from sleep.
