Therefore, the medium processor of the wafer shown above is likely to be the upcoming Xeon workstation processor, and the 34 cores are all large core designs.

Intel's new generation of high-performance workstation processors will include Xeon W-3400 and Xeon W-2400 series, which are Golden Cove large cores without large and small cores on the core.
