CTOnews.com Sept. 27: lock screen customization is the main feature that comes with Apple's iOS 16. This feature, combined with iPhone 14 Pro Smart Island, undoubtedly brings a new look and feel to iPhone and helps its customers bring personalized look to the most commonly used devices.

While some Android manufacturers are already trying to simulate Smart Island through software, Samsung now brings system-level lock screen customization through Android 13 / One UI 5 Beta 3, which previously required Good Lock tool settings. As video creator Vaibhav Jain points out, the One UI 5 Beta 3 system customizes the Samsung screen lock process in a similar way to Apple iOS 16. So far, Samsung offers five different clock styles, while Apple offers eight. In addition, in both operating systems, the user can change the clock color.

CTOnews.com learned that when adding new wallpaper, both operating systems provide background collections, which are highlighted in a similar manner. Although Apple offers built-in and third-party widgets, so far, Samsung has only provided widget icons for notifications.
