Hubei Yuanshi Technology Co., Ltd. was established in January 2022, with Li Shufu as its chairman and Wang Yong as its legal representative.

CTOnews.com learned that in July this year, Hubei Xingji Times Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Meizu Technology Co., Ltd. held a strategic investment signing ceremony in Hangzhou, announcing that Xingji Times held a 79.09% controlling stake in Meizu Technology and acquired separate control over Meizu Technology.

The two sides stressed that Meizu Technology will continue to operate as an independent brand after this strategic investment. Huang Zhang, as Meizu Technology's product strategy consultant, will continue to contribute to Meizu Technology's development, and Meizu Technology's senior management team will also remain stable.
