CTOnews.com Sept. 26, the World Conference on the Internet of things (WIOTC) is an influential and authoritative international organization of the Internet of things (NGO of the United Nations Economic and Social Council) and an international convention organization of the Internet of things. The annual World Conference on the Internet of things has become the most influential high-end event of the digital economy of the Internet of things in the world.

According to the WIOTC website, the Seventh World Congress on the Internet of things is scheduled to be held in Beijing, China, on December 3-4, 2022, with the theme "creating a new economy of the Internet of everything and leading a new era of wisdom revolution". This Congress will invite officials, ambassadors and counsellors of many United Nations agencies and nearly 100 countries, academicians, experts and scholars, executives of top 500 companies in the Internet of things, and representatives of international think tanks and business associations to attend. Nearly 10 million people are expected to participate online and offline.

CTOnews.com learned that this year's Congress will include a plenary meeting (opening ceremony), ambassadors' forum, high-level dialogue, World New economy Forum, national promotion, government special event, enterprise special event and a number of industry special forums. The Internet of things Outstanding person Award, the leading Enterprise Award, the Internet of things Science and Technology Project Award and other world Internet of things awards will be released and the award ceremony will be held, while the online exhibition of the Internet of things World Trade Fair will be opened. The establishment of the World Internet of things Digital economy Industry Committee, the Ambassadors Forum, the high-level dialogue, and the World New economy Forum will be the highlights of this Congress. Government agencies, Internet of things digital economy enterprises, news and media organizations, relevant think tanks and industry associations are welcome to register.

This Congress will focus on the innovative development of the Internet of things digital economy and promote the construction of the animal network digital economy industry ecological market. It is planned to set up a digital economy industry committee in the fields of industry, energy, transportation federation, smart life, agriculture and other fields and grant licenses to the first batch of members.
