Tianma said that since the successful lighting of the first flexible AMOLED display screen in February 2022, Tianma shows that the 6th generation flexible AMOLED production line project has been in the climbing stage of production line capacity and product yield. In August 2022, the first batch of flexible AMOLED products were successfully shipped to international brand customers.

CTOnews.com learned that the 6th generation flexible AMOLED production line project of Tianma display Technology has a total investment of 48 billion yuan, with a total construction area of about 1.26 million square meters, of which the process clean area is about 600000 square meters, which is currently the largest flexible AMOLED monomer factory in China.

According to reports, the project will focus on the small and medium-sized high-end display field, providing flexible AMOLED display solutions. Cutting-edge technologies such as folding, low frequency, low power consumption, and off-screen cameras have been planned and laid out in advance. At the same time, technical pre-research and product certification with customers of a number of mainstream brands are also being steadily advanced.
