Ideal Motors said it now expects about 25500 vehicles to be delivered in the third quarter of 2022, updating its previously released forecast of 27000 to 29000 vehicles.

CTOnews.com learned that ideal Motors said the update was mainly caused by supply chain constraints, while potential demand for its vehicles remained strong. The company will continue to work closely with its supply chain partners to resolve supply bottlenecks and accelerate production.

Delivery data show that in August 2022, ideal delivered a total of 4571 new cars. As of August 31, 2022, the cumulative delivery of ideal cars has reached 199484.

In addition, as of August 31, there are 265 retail centers in China, covering 118 cities, and 316 after-sales maintenance centers and authorized sheet spray centers in 226 cities.
