CTOnews.com found from industrial and commercial information that Ford Electric Mach Technology changed its name from Ford Blue Mach Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. (2020-10-28 to 2022-09-19) to Ford Electric Mach Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd on September 19.

The company is currently engaged in goods import and export, technology import and export, new energy vehicle sales business, Ford China holding 81.2030%, and the other is Nanjing Jiangning Jingkai Information Industry Development Co., Ltd., holding 18.7970%. The company also has two wholly-owned subsidiaries.
