CTOnews.com Sept. 25 news, at today's Tudum event, Netflix shared the latest news about its much-anticipated "three-body" series. In addition, Netflix also shared the first film flower and explained some of the characters.

Author Liu Cixin and English translator Liu Yukun will act as production consultants, while Game of Thrones screenwriters David Benioff David Benioff, Alexander Woo and D.B.Weiss will be responsible for the screenplay adaptation.

It is worth mentioning that producers David Benioff and DB Weiss have announced that the series will arrive sometime next year.

The project has an extremely luxurious Cass lineup. Actors include Benedict Wang (Doctor Strange, Martian), Zhou Caiqin (Shangqi and the Legend of the Ten Rings), Ai Gonzalez (chauffeur), as well as famous John Bradley and Liam Cunningham in Game of Thrones. The first confirmed director is the Oscar-nominated Hong Kong director Zeng Guoxiang.

In addition to the above top lineup, John Woo, Brad Pitt, Ryan Johnson (Star Wars) and Pei Chunhua (lost lover) will act as co-executive producers.
