CTOnews.com reported on September 24 that on September 16, iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 8 and the new Apple Watch SE were officially released on Apple Store and e-commerce platforms.

According to the Securities Times, Sandalwood e-commerce market monitoring data show that Apple iPhone 14 series 7-day pre-sale sales on the Tmall platform increased by 7% compared with iPhone 13 series 7-day pre-sales, and sales increased by 17% compared with the same period last year. Apple iPhone 14 series standard edition pre-sales volume fell 70% year-on-year, compared with 56% year-on-year advance sales.

As of September 19, cumulative sales of the Apple iPhone 14 series on the Tmall platform were down 6% compared with the iPhone 13 series over the same period, while sales were up 4% year-on-year; in terms of sub-version sales, sales of the standard series were down 71% from the same period last year.

Analyst Guo Mingyi said earlier that Apple had asked Hon Hai Foxconn to switch iPhone 14 production lines to iPhone 14 Pro models, and said that after the production line conversion, iPhone 14 Pro series shipments accounted for 60-65% of total iPhone 14 shipments in the second half of 2022. IPhone 14 Pro Max accounted for about 30-35% of total iPhone 14 series shipments in the second half of 2022, making it the most popular iPhone 14 model.
