On September 20, the customer sent a piece to our business station, the consignment was dried fish, the order number was SF1154*7578, the express delivery was completed under monitoring, and the outer package was intact. At 11:45 on September 21, when the salesman on duty delivered it, the receiving customer asked to put it in the guard room for collection. At about 19:30 that night, the receiving customer said that he found traces of unpacking when picking up parts in the doorman's room. After receiving the abnormal feedback, we immediately launched the investigation in accordance with the process system, and basically ruled out the anomalies in the receiving and dispatching transportation link, and the incident is still under further investigation.
