According to reports, the Baihe Yujiang Bridge, located in Baihe Town, Hengzhou City, Nanning, Guangxi, is a controlled project of the Nanyu Railway. the main bridge is a steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge with double towers and double cable planes, with a total length of 612 meters. At the same time, the bridge is also the largest span steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge under construction in the world at a speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The main span of the bridge is 330 meters, with an orthogonal span of 300 meters across the vast river surface of the Yujiang River. There are two main towers, east and west, with a diamond-shaped structure and a tower height of 146 meters.

CTOnews.com learned that the Nanyu Railway is an important part of the South-Shenzhen high-speed railway, with a total length of 193.31 kilometers, starting from Nanning East Railway Station in the west and Yulin North Railway Station in the east. It is the first self-invested high-speed railway in Guangxi.

After the Nanyu Railway is completed and opened to traffic, the journey from Nanning to Yulin will be shortened from the current 2 hours to about 50 minutes, which will help to promote the linkage between Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.
