There is no news of an update to Surface Studio 3 or Surface Laptop Studio 2, but now a new document released by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) earlier this week details a mysterious Surface-branded product called C3K2043.

This is probably new to Surface Studio 3, because Surface Go / Pro / Laptop / Book and even Duo fall into the category of "laptops" in Microsoft's FCC files. Generally speaking, any device capable of wireless communication must be certified by FCC, and the new Surface Studio product is no exception.

The so-called Microsoft Surface Studio 3 has passed FCC certification and passed its network and quality control tests before it is sold in the United States.

Microsoft has been granted short-term confidentiality of documents and important test attachments until February 28, 2023. Some smaller details can be seen from the available files, such as the network chipset confirming that the device will be equipped with Intel CPU.

CTOnews.com learned that, according to one of the documents, the so-called Surface Studio 3 uses Intel Wi-Fi 6 compatible 802.11ax chips. The chip supports 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz to create more available channels.

At present, however, we know nothing about the pricing, hardware specifications and other features of the next-generation Surface Studio. It was previously reported that Microsoft was developing new accessories for Surface Studio 3 desktop computers.
