The number of 5G mobile phone users reached 355 million, and the number of 5G mobile phone terminal connections reached 520 million. The 5G network has covered all prefecture-level cities, more than 98 per cent of counties and 80 per cent of towns and towns in the country.

At the same time, the accelerated application of new technologies such as facial scanning, "paperless" boarding, contactless distribution and drone delivery have provided great convenience for the production and life of the broad masses. In 2021, all airports across the country will make domestic flights paperless and convenient to travel, high-speed rail and intercity railways will fully cover electronic tickets, drones will try out "express delivery into the village" business, and unmanned vehicles will be put into express operation, effectively alleviating the pressure of terminal delivery.

Data show that at the end of 2021, the national highway toll stations basically achieved full coverage of the ETC system, all 487 provincial boundary highway toll stations in 29 networked provinces were cancelled, truck charges were changed from weight toll to international toll according to the number of axles, non-stop fast toll collection and fast passage are beginning to achieve results.
