Beijing time on September 22 news, a Canadian Tesla owner recently exposed Tesla vehicle problems again. After the battery died, he was locked out of the Model S, which would cost another $20,000 to solve, depending on Tesla's maintenance charges.

Last week Mario Zelaya posted a TikTok video calling for the issue to be addressed. In the video, Selaya said he couldn't get into the car after the Model S ran out of power, charged it and didn't respond, and he couldn't even get ownership documents inside the car to sell it.

"This is why you shouldn't buy Tesla," the client angrily pointed out, adding: "This car is junk."

It is understood that the owner bought a brand-new Model S for $140,000 in 2013. In his Tesla service assessment, replacing the battery in an electric car would cost more than $20000. According to materials shared by the owner, the car needed to be replaced after more than 77,000 miles. But Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said Tesla batteries are designed to last 300,000 to 500,000 miles and need to be replaced in about 21 to 25 years.

Zelaya updated on the follow-up to the incident. When he took the Model S to Canadian regulators for consultation, technicians told him that the battery had rusted because the drain pipe of the car's air conditioning unit was located above the battery box and constantly leaked water to the battery unit.

Finally, after paying $30 for new ownership documents, he was able to sell the car, and the new owner pried open the front bumper to get inside.

"This will be the end of my Tesla journey, it has left my life and let it go away from you," the owner said.
