After trial, it was found that from May 2020 to December 2020, Defendant Xiao XX found someone to apply for false "Publication Business License" through the network, and then opened 6 shops on the e-commerce trading platform to sell different kinds of popular online novels.

As of December 18,2020, its transaction records have reached 11,700, more than 30,000 books have been sold, and the sales amount has reached more than 1 million yuan. On December 18,2020, law enforcement personnel seized 54 kinds of relevant publications in Xiao XX's warehouse, totaling 125633 copies, involving more than 7.8 million yuan.
