When issuing licenses for domestic TV dramas that have been examined and approved, the license issuing authorities shall at the same time issue a unified logo for the title of domestic TV dramas to guide TV drama production institutions to download and use them.

The announcement said that when domestic TV dramas are broadcast, they must use a unified logo at the beginning of the film, accurately mark the distribution license number of domestic TV series, and display them in front of the beginning of each episode. All broadcasters shall ensure complete and standardized use.

Since the date of implementation of this notice, the notice on further standardizing the broadcasting management of TV dramas and related advertisements issued by the General Office of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television on February 25, 2016 (issued by the New Radio, Film and Television Office (2016) No. 21), the standard requirement of "clearly indicating the issuing license number in the picture with the title of each TV series" will no longer be implemented.

CTOnews.com learned that since June 1 this year, the State Administration of Radio and Television has also officially issued administrative licenses for online dramas, and online dramas and online movies officially have their own "web logo". The opening of the "online drama distribution license" takes "network audio-visual" as the main picture, with a seal shape and scarlet background for 5 seconds.

The picture below shows the more familiar logo of the film release license. In 2019, the State Film Administration launched a new version of Dragon Biao (public release license), the visual effect was changed, and the duration was shortened from 5 seconds to 4 seconds.
