CTOnews.com September 21 news, Nvidia official website is now online three RTX 40 series graphics card detailed parameter information.

As shown in the figure above, the first three graphics cards of the RTX 40 are 16384 CUDA, 9728 CUDA and 7680 CUDA respectively. With the help of TSMC's 4N process, the acceleration frequency exceeds that of the 2.5GHz, which is much higher than that of the previous generation Samsung 8nm process.

In terms of video memory, RTX 4090 is 24GB 384bit GDDR6X,RTX 4080 16G and 16GB 256bit GDDR6X,RTX 4080 12G is 12GB 192bit GDDR6X.

The Nvidia RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 16G graphics cards are 304mm long with 3 slots thick. The power consumption of the three graphics cards is 450W, 320W and 285W respectively, and the system power requirements are 850W, 750W and 700W respectively.

Nvidia said in its notes that the RTX 4090 series graphics cards still use the DP 1.4a interface instead of DP 2.0.
