(hereinafter referred to as "Tencent") by way of capital increase and share expansion.

Today, Yuyue Medical deliberated and passed a motion on "increasing capital and shares of wholly-owned subsidiaries, introducing strategic investors and the company giving up the right of priority". It is agreed that the company, Xunjie Medical and other related parties signed the "Capital increase Agreement on Jiangsu Xunjie Medical Technology Co., Ltd.". Tencent contributed 290.68323 million yuan in cash to subscribe for the new registered capital of Xunjie Medical, of which 36.335404 million yuan was included in the registered capital of Xunxinjie Medical. 254.347826 million yuan is included in the capital reserve of Xunjie Medical Co., Ltd., and the company gives up the priority of this capital increase.

After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Xunjie Medical increased from 150 million yuan to 186.335404 million yuan, and Tencent acquired a total of 19.50% equity after the capital increase.
