CTOnews.com September 19 news, Cyrus announced today that the company signed partnership agreements with controlling shareholder Xiaokang Holdings, Chongqing Yufu holding Group Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Strategic emerging Industry Equity Investment Fund Partnership (limited partnership) to jointly invest in Chongqing Yuxin Chuangneng Private Equity Fund Partnership (limited partnership).

The total contribution of the fund is 553 million yuan, which mainly invests in the high-quality target enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the new energy industry chain, especially in the key areas of new energy (intelligent network connection) vehicles, hydrogen energy, energy storage and other key areas. As a limited partner, the company contributed 20 million yuan, with a subscription proportion of 3.62%.

CTOnews.com learned that on September 17, Selis Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Chongqing Liangjiang New District Management Committee. According to the agreement, Selis New Energy vehicle upgrade project will be located in Chongqing Liangjiang New District Longxing Intelligent Network Union New Energy vehicle Industry Park.
