CTOnews.com, Sept. 18 (Xinhua)-- an internal memo shows that Apple is investigating a faulty Bug that could cause iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models to jam after customers transferred data from the old iPhone, MacRumors reported.

In the memo, Apple said it was "aware of the problem and is investigating it". Apple made it clear that during the quick startup process, some customers may find their new iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Pro Max models stuck after iCloud recovery or data transfer from their previous iPhone, and the phone system becomes unresponsive.

CTOnews.com learned that as a temporary solution, Apple advised customers to force a restart when the iPhone did not respond for more than five minutes. New iPhone 14 Pro customers experienced similar problems with device activation on Friday. Although iPhone 14 Pro comes with iOS 16, Apple has pushed the iOS 16.0.1 update to resolve activation and migration issues during repair of iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro settings, which customers should install after setting up a new device.
