The announcement pointed out that the non-public offering of shares is aimed at no more than 35 specific investors, including AVIC International. AVIC International does not participate in the market inquiry for the pricing of this offering, but undertakes to accept the results of the inquiry and subscribe at the same price as other investors, with a proposed subscription amount of 980 million yuan.
