CTOnews.com Sept. 17, this afternoon, Tesla announced through the official Twitter that the Texas Super Factory has produced 10000 Model Ys.

Texas Super Factory, Tesla's fifth super factory, began limited production of Model Y at the end of 2021 and reached the milestone of 1000 cars a week in August this year.

In addition to Texas super factory, Tesla super factory also includes Nevada super factory, New York super factory, Shanghai super factory and Berlin super factory. According to Musk, the Tesla Dezhou super factory will not only produce Model Y, but will also produce the first Cybertruck electric pickup truck and Semi electric truck.

CTOnews.com learned that Tesla produced more than 258000 cars worldwide and delivered more than 254000 vehicles in the second quarter of 2022. In addition, Tesla has built more than 35000 super charging piles around the world.
