On the evening of September 16, JD.com Health announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Liu Qiangdong agreed to transfer 45% of his stake in Suqian Tianning to Miao Qin, vice president of JD.com Group; JD.com Logistics announced on the same day. Liu Qiangdong agreed to transfer his 45% stake in Xi'an JD.com to Miao Qin, vice president of JD.com Group.

According to JD.com Health notice, Liu Qiangdong signed an equity transfer agreement on September 16, 2022, agreeing to transfer 45 per cent of his stake in Suqian Tianning to Miao Qin, vice president of JD.com Group. Under the new contract arrangement, the newly registered shareholders of Tianning in Suqian are Miao Qin (45%), Li Yayun (30%) and Zhang Yan (25%).
