CTOnews.com Sept. 16, Motorola released two new Moto E-series phones with almost the same hardware, mainly due to system differences. Moto E22 runs Motorola MyUX based on Android 12, while Moto E22i runs Android 12 Go.

Moto E22

Both phones use 6.5in HD+ LCD drip screen with 90Hz refresh rate, MediaTek Helio G37 chipset, 4GB memory and 64GB storage, and the battery is the same, with 4020mAh capacity and 10W charging.

Moto E22i

The Moto E22 and Moto E22i have a 1600-megapixel main camera, supplemented by a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front. Other features include a headphone Jack, FM radio receiver and stereo speakers with Dolby panoramic sound, with side fingerprints, the phone supports dual SIM cards, 4G, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5 and GPS, weighs 172g and measures 163.95 x 74.6x 7.99mm with a Type-C interface.

CTOnews.com has learned that the Moto E22, which is available in celestial black and crystal blue, will be available in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America soon. The Moto E22i, available in graphitic ash and winter white, costs 130 euros / $130 and will soon be available in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
