The legal representative of the company is Luo Xiaoyi, and Shenzhen Kaifeng Technology Co., Ltd. is the largest shareholder. The shareholding ratio is 99%, and the suspected controller of the two companies is Luo Xiaoyi. The shareholders of Shanxi Yi Lian Shopping Network Technology Co., Ltd. are all natural persons, jointly owned by Yang Yanxin and Li Sihai.

It is not clear what is the relationship between Shanxi Yilian Shopping Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Yilian Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., whose names are highly similar.

"Yi Lian Buy" pre-sold Apple iPhone 14 / Pro rolls and ran away, Chongqing Yubei Market Regulatory Bureau said it was investigating.
