CTOnews.com Sept. 16, at the beginning of the year, it was reported that Rolls-Royce will launch an all-electric sports car, Spectre EV, and now foreign media have taken a spy photo of the car being tested in the Nurburgring, with a luxurious appearance and some similarities with Curinan's interior.

Similar to the previously exposed prototype, the Rolls-Royce Spectre EV follows the family design language of the fuel version, with a front face made up of the iconic Parthenon temple grille and split headlights on both sides, and the body structure of the two-door sedan is also very moving.

At present, Rolls-Royce is still tight-lipped about the performance of the new car, but it has been revealed that the company shares a luxury pure electric platform with Cullinan and Phantom, and is a new structure that has been modified to increase strength. Foreign media are expected to provide 600hp (447kW) dual motor layout.

The full specification will be released later in 2023, so we may see more spy photos and trailers before then.

The luxury architecture platform of the Ghost and Phantom is the powertrain of the BMW iX M60, which has two electric motors that can reach 610hp (449kW) and 811lb-ft (1100 N-m) explosive power in sports mode.

During normal driving, the system produces 532 horsepower (391kW) and 749lb-ft (1015 Nm).

CTOnews.com learned that the iX M60 uses a 111.5 kilowatt-hour battery pack with an estimated range of 280miles (450km). The launch date of the electric Rolls-Royce coupe has not yet been set, but delivery of the new car is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2023.
