In addition, it is said that the protection of intellectual property rights should be continuously strengthened. Strictly manage intellectual property rights, regulate abnormal patent applications in accordance with the law, and promptly investigate and deal with illegal use of trademarks and malicious registration of trademarks. We will improve the management system of collective trademarks and certification trademarks, standardize the registration and use of collective trademarks of geographical indications, resolutely curb malicious litigation or the collection of "membership fees" and "franchise fees" in disguise, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of small and micro businesses. We will improve the intellectual property protection system of big data, artificial intelligence, genetic technology and other new fields, and new business type.
