The Interministerial Joint Conference Office for the National Administration of arbitrary Educational fees also requires that other provinces learn lessons and strengthen the audit and supervision of digital educational resources into the campus; it is strictly forbidden to compel students to buy tablets or educational App in the name of information-based teaching or class-by-class teaching. As teaching and management tools require unified use of tablet computers or educational App, schools shall not charge students and their parents any fees as service charges and charging items, and shall not compel students to buy them in disguise by means of family committees or direct payment enterprises; it is necessary to "zero tolerance" to the phenomenon of arbitrary charges for education, and earnestly maintain the high-pressure situation of managing arbitrary charges for education.
