To install watchOS 9.1, developers need to download the configuration file from the Apple developer Center. After installation, you can download watchOS 9.1 from General > Software updates on iPhone.

To update to the new software, Apple Watch needs to have 50% battery life, it must be on the charger, and it needs to be within the scope of iPhone.
