New Features: Full Screen Widgets:

Microsoft added a full-screen button for widgets in this release, which allows you to view enlarged versions of widgets with one click, occupying the entire desktop view.

The feature remembers the user-selected view size and remains full-screen or small-screen the next time it opens.

Improved Game Pass widget:

If the user is signed in to the Xbox app on a PC, the Game Pass widget signs in using the user's Xbox account. Once logged in, the widget will display the Game Pass games that the user can play.

In addition, the widget will display PC Game Pass games that the user has recently played, providing a quick way for players to return to the game.

Improvements: General:

The style exploration of the taskbar search box is complete, and this release removes these styles.

File Explorer:

File Explorer Search will now display results directly as users type, updating in real time without pressing Enter. (Available to some users)

Microsoft is trying to add more multi-cloud files to search results for Home.

Fix: General:

Fixed an issue in recent versions where mouse movement in certain games caused error checking.

When you click the Apply category in Settings, the wrong white pixel in the icon animation is removed.

Widgets:

Resolves an issue where notification banners for certain badges do not appear on widget panels in some cases.

Window:

Fixed explorer.exe crashing when dragging snapshot groups in Task View and dropping them to another desktop.

Fixed an issue related to interaction with desktop float controls in the taskbar that caused periodic explorer.exe to crash.

Fixed DWM crash in recent versions, which may cause a brief black screen when rotating the tablet.

Fixed a rare issue that could cause DWM to crash when viewing videos in some UWP apps in recent versions.

Task Manager:

Fixed an issue affecting the reliability of Task Manager.

Other:

Fixed an issue that caused some insiders to accidentally receive the message "Unable to connect to this network" when recently connecting to certain Wi-Fi networks, even though the network was in use with other devices.

Fixed an issue that might cause Windows Sandbox to open only a black window on some PCs.

Known issues: General:

Investigating reports that audio stopped working after upgrading to the latest version.

Reports are being investigated that some different apps have started crashing in recent releases.

Investigating reports that OneDrive requires settings every time a PC restarts.

File Explorer:

Efforts are underway to fix an issue where command-bar items such as Copy, Paste and Empty Recycle Bin may not be enabled accidentally when they should be.

Table-optimized Taskbar:

When switching between desktop and tablet poses, the taskbar sometimes flashes.
