In response, bilibili responded to Sina Technology that he had received complaints from users in the past, reflecting the purchase of joint foods with the trademarks of "Cat Village Chief" and "bilibili bilibili" on the e-commerce platform, ranging from coconut jelly to sucking jelly, with a wide range of products and poor quality, and these joint foods had nothing to do with bilibili.

Bilibili said that the food category of bilibili's related trademark "bilibili bilibili" was snatched by four Seasons self-made Culture Co., Ltd. in 2017. the company later transferred the trademark to Jinjiang Jiande Food Co., Ltd. to produce jellies and other sugar products and sold them on major e-commerce platforms, causing consumers to mistakenly think it was bilibili's official joint or authorized product.

Bilibili called on everyone to make more screening before buying to avoid damage to consumers' rights and interests.
