According to the documents, in October 2021, Amoy Youtian Company terminated the labor contract with Tang on the grounds of "a total of nine absenteeism from June to August 2021". Later, Tang filed an application for arbitration, and Taoyou World Company was ordered to pay compensation and unpaid annual leave wages. and issue a certificate of resignation for Tang. Taobu World Co., Ltd. refused to accept part of the arbitration results and filed a lawsuit.

The court held that Taoyou World Company did not submit sufficient and effective evidence to prove that Tang was absent from work, which was an illegal termination of the labor contract, and should pay compensation of more than 227,000 yuan; the failure of Tang to hand over the work described by Taoyou World Company was not a reasonable defense reason for refusing to issue a resignation certificate, and it was confirmed that Taoyou World Company should issue a resignation certificate for Tang. In the end, the court ruled that Taoyou World Company issued a resignation certificate to Tang, and paid compensation for illegal termination of the labor contract and wages for unpaid annual leave totaling more than 240,000 yuan.
